Professional Bio:
Rob Rourke is Partner Emeritus at L.E.K. Consulting, bringing over 25 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and M&A advisory. Based in Chicago, he most recently served as Vice-Chair, Global Industrials, advising clients across multiple industry sectors. During his tenure as Head of the Americas Region, L.E.K.’s U.S. operations grew by over 50%, with expanded capabilities in digital transformation, sustainability, and performance improvement.

Robert has led over 600 consulting projects, chaired the Americas Regional Management Committee, and served on L.E.K.’s Global Leadership Team. Recognized as one of Consulting magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for Excellence in Leadership in 2018, he has also been a frequent lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Education:
Rob earned his B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
